Description
The YDRO-1 bacterial blend is ideal for municipal wastewater treatment plants. It is a blend of specialized natural occuring microorganisms and contains all necessary nutrients, trace elements, bio-enhancers and hydrolyzing enzymes which allow the degradation of FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease) and the consumption of the organic components, which are converted into Carbon Dioxide, Water and energy for the production of new cells. Proteins and slow hydrolyzed material also degraded to form bacterial biomass required to maintain the treatment plant equilibrium and the rest is also converted to Carbon Dioxide and Water. This way the production of excess sludge is decreased and even eliminated depending on the local conditions and the operational facility.

Dosage
The dosage of YDRO-1 must be prefferably made on a daily basis in order to maintain a young age of active microbial population in the wastewater treated. This will allow the acceleration of operations, better floc formation, decrease of SVI values and easier biomass separation in the sedimentation stage simultaneously improving effluent values.
The dosage quantity of YDRO-1 varies and depends on the influent characteristics of the treated wastewater, the existing plant facility, the effluent target parameters and the local operational conditions. Please provide us with the above data and our technical group will determine the exact dosage and application points for your case.
Directions for Use
- For plants smaller than 50.000 population equivalent
The bacterial product maturation is achieved by simply adding the required quantity to a mixture of 5-20 liters of fresh wastewater and 5-20 liters of water (or just water if wastewater is not available) followed by manual mixing for 20 – 30 seconds. This mixture must be added to the wastewater plant after at least 12 hours from the beginning of the maturation process.
- For plants larger than 50.000 population equivalent
For better maturation conditions and optimum baterial activity you can use our standard maturation equipment for batch and continuous YDRO-1 dosing to any kind of wastewater treatment plant type. Please supply us with your case data (wastewater flow, influent chemical analysis, plan view or even google earth coordinates) and we can provide the optimum solution for you.
Available Packing
Bulk: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 30kg
Storage & Handling
Please store product at room temperature, with low humidity and away from direct sunlight. Storing in high temperature or high humidity for extended periods will harm the product and affect its efficiency significantly.
Do not use on food surfaces, do not inhale possible dust, wash hands thoroughly after handling.
